## Description

NHS Devon \(The Commissioner\) sought to commission a service for Online Counselling & Talking Therapies Service in Plymouth, Devon The service is an online platform through which children and young people \(CYP\) can access, 24/7, a range of resources, monitored peer support/chat rooms; as well as type talk, anonymous counselling outside of the traditional office hours\. The contract term is a period of 12 months starting on 01 April 2023\. The annual contract value is £83,760\. Additional information: The services are healthcare services falling within Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 \("the Regulations"\) which are not subject to the full regime of the Regulations, but is instead governed by the "Light Touch Regime" contained within Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Regulations \(Regulations 74 to 77\)\.
