## Description

The proposed works involve the de-commissioning and removal of the existing obsolete domestic electrical system within the lighthouse tower and replacement with an equivalent modern updated system in accordance with BS 7671:2018, IET Wiring Regulations\. Loch Ryan Lighthouse is six miles north of Stranraer, Latitude 54° 58\.47'N, Longitude 005° 01\.84'W Please note a site visit will be held on Friday 25 October 2019\. This element forms a Pass or Fail criteria within our evaluation process\. Full details of the requirements are detailed within the tender documents\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
