26552 - Property Consultant Partner (Re-release of aborted tender 25468)

The Council has sought a Commercial Property Partner to provide the technical expertise and resource to support the Council to acquire strategic sites and produce viability assessments and development appraisals which will be used for decision making, for the development of a supportive local policy framework and the development of business cases to secure funding from Government and strategic partners.
