The University are looking to maximise capacity and comfort in an existing space on Campus with Cinema seating. This is for the Penryn Campus in Cornwall.

This is an urgent requirement with a limited window of opportunity and as such we would request that suppliers submit high level cost proposals. This proposal will be developed and finalised at the initial client meeting stage.

Ideally, the supplier should provide layout options, which they feel, would achieve the University's requirements and aspirations. We fully encourage bidders to submit schemes, which they consider suitable / more suitable taking into account the space, functionality and its intended use. All returns must be made via the In-Tend system.

The closing date for completed submissions is 17:00 hrs GMT - Thursday 19th April 2018 -Via the In-Tend Portal.
