LHP is seeking an experienced and suitably competent contractor to carry out demolition works to 7 x low rise blocks of flats , located at Washdyke Lane in Immingham\. The following blocks constitute Phase 2\. Bradley House Habrough House Hatcliffe House Irby House Ravendale House Waltham House Wold Newton House Full details regarding the mandatory site visit and timescales for the tender are detailed in the Invitation to Tender documentation\. The tender deadline is 12 noon on Friday 15th February 2019 For Information Previously, a tender was awarded for the demolition of 6 x low rise blocks which are also located at Washdyke Lane in Immingham\.
