Oldham council is seeking to re-procure range of children's, young people's and families SEND services\. Oldham Council is seeking to work with one overall lead provider\. The successful provider/s will deliver high quality provision in a timely and inclusive fashion for children and young people aged 0 - 25 with SEND and their families including the following elements of the service areas: • access to play and leisure activities as part of our Short Breaks offer • a DRS - Dispute Resolution Service
