Brief Description of Requirement This project's aims and objectives are to assess the operational effectiveness of the scheme and identify learnings that can be used for future HMG reinsurance schemes\. This needs to be prioritised in the running of the scheme and after it is wound down as these learnings will be particularly important for the interim review of the market\.
