Description
The scope of the works is to develop an appropriate business case evidence base to understand the future impacts of future impacts of development on Holbeam Dam, identifying the trigger points and scale of improvements/safeguarding that is required to maintain its SoP, together with the development of an outline business case in collaboration with the Environment Agency and other RMAs. This will support the Garden Communities project work but also inform current and proposed Local Plan review.
