Con_28533 Insolvency & Restructuring Panel

Description

To support the implementation of the FE insolvency regime and its underlying legislation, TFEA, which received royal ascent in 2017, infrastructure is required to allow financially distressed colleges to be assessed and, if necessary, managed through restructuring / insolvency. Accordingly, a professional services panel is required as part of this infrastructure. The panel will also be available for other financially distressed providers which may require restructuring or managed through an insolvency process.
