## Description

Place Partnership Ltd\. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council are seeking expressions of interests in a market engagement exercise from suitable qualified and experienced suppliers that have the capability to provide at short notice a demountable temporary climate controlled thermo-insulated storage structure as a temporary warehouse\. The estimated size of the structure would be approximately: 20\.00m \(Span Width\) x 70\.0m \(long\) with an eave height of 6\.20m The building will need artificial lighting heating and cooling\. Synopsis: The provision of a temporary temperature-controlled \(3-8 degrees Celsius\) warehouse facility of 5000sqm with ancillary offices with welfare, racking, appropriate machinery to operate the unit, security fencing and temporary lighting"\. Worcestershire County Council is looking for a supplier that can provide and erect a structure on a fixed term rental of 12 months\. The basis of the contract would be on a fixed call off contract retainer with a minimum term of 5 years\. Availability & erection would be at short notice at pre-defined locations within Worcestershire with the delivery co-ordinated from the supplier's central site\. It is on this basis that we invite suitable suppliers to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales\.
