Compulsory Purchase Adviser / Lawyer - Gorse Ride Regeneration

Wokingham Borough Council are inviting tenders for the commissioning of a specialist Compulsory Purchase adviser, lawyer or firm who is able to provide advice and prepare all necessary documents and take all necessary steps required for the making, confirmation and implementation of the Compulsory Purchase Order for the delivery of the Gorse Ride Estate Regeneration Project.
