## Description

GBC is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced architect to undertake a project to design a residential-led development to RIBA Stage 3 \(planning permission\) and beyond \(subject to funding etc\) for the Guildford Park Road \(GPR\) site\. Bidders are expected to provide case studies and details evidencing the required technical and professional ability\. Submissions that do not provide the relevant details will be rejected\.
