## Description

The Council of the London Borough of Ealing is acting as the Central Purchasing Body as defined in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 on behalf of the London Boroughs Legal Alliance the LBLA, comprised of the London Boroughs of Barnet, Bexley, Brent, Bromley, Camden, Croydon, Ealing, Enfield, Hackney, Hammersmith and Fulham, Haringey, Harrow, Havering, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Islington, Lambeth, Newham, Redbridge, Southwark, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, the Royal Borough of Greenwich, the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, the City of London Corporation, Westminster City Council, the London Fire and Planning Authority and Slough Borough Council, together the Members for the purposes of undertaking a procurement exercise and concluding a number of separate framework agreements with each of the successful Bidders\. The Members wish to procure a panel of expert and experienced legal advisers as preferred suppliers of specialist advocacy and related legal services\.
