Description
This is a market engagement opportunity: Guinness needs a digital strategy that informs both the needs of our customers in relation to the end-to-end tenancy journey, together with our internal ambitions to digitise and automate our back-office processes. The Digital Strategy will inform the use of technology to best support the delivery of our services for both our customers and the organisation. To achieve this, we are looking for a consultancy partner to help define and develop our Digital Strategy and potentially guide through the implementation journey. We are looking for a consultant that has an excellent understanding of the digital landscape and a grasp of the latest, as well as upcoming technologies, that support transformation towards digital. The Consultant must be able to act as a bridge between the business and the innovation, having strong technology expertise on hand as well as exemplary experience within the Housing sector or equivalent organisations. We want to understand what the market can offer before we formally commence any procurement process. Information provided will help inform the strategy and structure our requirements of the procurement process, which is separate to this request for information.
