Managed Service Provision of Agency Staffing

The Council is appointing a Managed Service Provider to manage a supply chain of agencies. The Managed Service Provider may not itself supply any Temporary Agency workers but instead managed a supply chain to provide Temporary Agency Workers to fulfil bookings. The Managed Service Provider shall be permitted to utilise associated or subsidiary companies as a source of supply of the Services.

The Council has appointed Comensura as the Managed Service Provider through the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) framework for the Managed Service for Temporary Agency Resources (MSTAR2).

Additional information: The length of the contract is initially one year with three 1 year extensions, the full length of the contract could be 4 years.
