Innovate UK will be piloting new financial products for innovation. These will complement existing innovation grant support and add to the range of financial products available. This Invitation for Tender, issued by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS), is for a scoping study for the first stage of work to develop a pilot and impact evaluation framework for the new finance products and will look to develop a sound theory of change and logic model against which to evaluate the policy; and to review and prioritise the data which will need to be collected (and the means for collecting it) to ensure effective evaluation is possible.
