GB-London: Video interview and assessment centre assessment services as part of the LGA's national graduate development programme for local government (NGDP)

As part of the LGA's National Graduate Development Programme for local government, the LGA wishes to receive bids from individuals, organisations or sole traders to provide assessment services relating to its recruitment and selection process for the national graduate development programme's next intake (running from January 2023 until August 2023). The NGDP operates a national recruitment process with several assessment stages. The LGA is looking to procure the services of assessors to assist with Stage 2 and Stage 3 of its selection process. All assessment will be completed impartially against the NGDP's key skills and behaviours using metrics/marking sheets provided by the LGA.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
