Cambridge City Council - Garage Heating deign & replacement

Description

The removal and making good of existing equipment, the design and installation of a 2 boiler, commercial, oil fired heating system, at our Council Garage Site in Waterbeach. The contractor is required to ensure that the proposed design is energy efficient and that the installation will provide an appropriate working environment in both the workshop and office areas (including the replacement of and installation of additional radiators as specified). In addition, the contractor is required to carry out the specified remedial works to the tank storage area and surrounding fencing.
