## Description

For the supply of bulk fuels to support the Council's fleet\. This contract will allow alternative fuels including Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil \(HVO\) and Gas To Liquid \(GTL\) to replace standard diesel in Council vehicles and reduce carbon emissions within the borough\.
