## Description

NHS Hammersmith and Fulham Clinical Commissioning Group and NHS Ealing Clinical Commissioning Group are seeking to award a contract to the successful organisation to provide a Mental Health User Involvement Forum\. The provider will be expected to ensure provision of mental health user involvement and peer support\. The successful bidder will be expected to: • Facilitate User involvement with Inpatients and people in community mental health services, primary care and voluntary sector services, using recognised user engagement standards\. • Provide support for individuals to participate safely and effectively in commissioning processes to review / re-design services and/or feedback their experiences of services right from the start of processes\. • Gather a broad view of peoples’ lived experience of mental health problems\. The Contract to be offered to the successful Bidder at the end of this Procurement will be for a duration of 3 years, which is intended to run from 01 July 2016 until 30 June 2019 with the possibility of one extension of 2 years\. The Services being procured fall within those health care services to which the NHS \(Procurement, Patient Choice and Competition\) Regulations 2013 \(No\.2\) relate\. As such, the procurement of the Services is not bound by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015\. Rather, the Services to which this Procurement relates fall within Part B of Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 \(the “Regulations”\)\. The procurement of the Services is being run as a bespoke, single-stage application process akin to the Open Procedure\. Further detail on the service can be found in the ITT documents, which will be published on the EU Supply portal 11 January 2016\. Bidder Briefing Event Organisations interested in bidding to provide this service are invited to a Bidder Briefing Event, to take place on 15 January 2016 at NHS Hammersmith & Fulham CCG's offices at 15 Marylebone Road, London, NW1 5JD\. Interested organisations should use the attached registration form to register to attend the event\. The ITT will be published on 11 January 2016\.
