Children's Services Strategic Review

Capital Improvement Partnership between BCP's Children's Services Education team and a Construction partner.\r \r The partnership will bring radical and positive change in BCP's Children's Services Department who act as a client and commissioner for the delivery of works set out in the capital programme. The changes are designed to bring under control capital project commissioning, monitoring and delivery (client side) and empower members of staff to achieve their best. Rapid change will be necessary in order to deliver service priorities.
