## Description

The Consultant shall provide a suitably qualified cost consultant to support the Client and their delivery partners in cost management, carbon management and risk analysis\.The Consultant shall provide an approved NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract \(ECC\) Project Manager \(ECC PM\) for the purposes of administering a future ECC contract\.
