FRA Remedial & Servicing Works

Medway Council wish to appoint experience and professional contractors to undertake the replacement of Front Entrance doors across all 8 sheltered housing schemes, undertake fire stopping works to the schemes as well as our residential and common parts areas across the general needs stock as and when they arise

These works are split over 2 lots. Bidding contractors can only win 1 out of the 2 available lots at this juncture.

The Contract will be for a period of 2 years, 4 months to 30th September 2024..
