GMMC Minor Civils Package 2 20-21

Description

A number of minor works are required in the North West to repair existing assets or make existing assets safe to maintain. The main objectives are to ensure effective flood management and to ensure the safety of our operations teams. The projects have been packaged to ensure quick delivery within this year. This package consists of 5 projects in the Greater Manchester Merseyside and Cheshire (GMMC) area. Some projects in the package have designs, however the FOF Lot 1 supplier will be required to undertake design elements for the majority of projects in the package. All projects in the package require the FOF Lot 1 supplier to complete the role of Principal Designer and Principal Contractor
