Work description
The Service shall carry out dental epidemiological surveys for Knowsley, Sefton, St Helens and Halton councils. This shall require the Service Provider to complete clinical examination and / or questionnaires on an agreed sample of 5 year old children in mainstream schools within the four boroughs.
