Description

We are looking for suitably qualified bidders to provide and manage the Provision of furniture, flooring and white goods (and associated services) for the Furnished Tenancy Scheme Torus operates a Furnished Tenancy Scheme for customers in supported housing, including the Refuge, Extra Care Schemes and specialised supported housing schemes.Various elements of a furnished package can be purchased including: 1) Furniture (sofa, dining room table and chairs, beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers) 2) White goods (fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric cooker) 3) Flooring (carpets & Vinyl) 4) Miscellaneous items Contract period will be 2years (+2) with an estimated spend of £35k per year Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
