## Description

The University of Nottingham wishes to undertake a review of the management of its investment portfolio\. The investment portfolio constitutes the University's permanent endowment assets and is currently valued at approximately £53 million\. In addition to the permanent endowment portfolio the University also holds a medium term investment fund which is currently valued at approximately £10m\. Both market valuations are as at December 2019 and are expected to grow steadily overtime\. There are no significant endowment assets \(cash or direct property\) held outside the investment portfolio\.
