Work description
The Council wishes to hear from organisations willing to share information about their approach to Unified Communications. This will enable the Council to: Better understand what Solutions and Services are available in the market; Explore how options could be supplied; Consider likely costs; Determine the most effective way of packaging and scoping its requirements for any future procurement opportunity; and Ascertain route to market.
