This tender opportunity is for the appointment of Contractors onto a multi-specialism General Building, Structural & Environmental Works / Services Framework for Ongo Homes Ltd \(OH\)\. The framework includes Lots for general building and structural works, environmental works and damp and condensation works\. The works are required to tenanted and void properties but may also be required to any property managed by Ongo including communal areas and estates\.
