Garden Waste Removal and House Clearance to Void Properties - AWARD

Description

Tenders were invited from contractors for garden clearance to include the removal of garden and general waste and hazardous refuse in various types of council owned properties located within the Borough of Sandwell. The Tenderer has the facility to undertake internal house clearance and from time to time pest control and fumigation works. The properties are a mixture of houses, bungalows, high and low rise flats and maisonettes. The contractor must adhere to the Council’s Social Value Act 2012 requirement and be asked to look at supporting this Act as a consequence of the contract. You will demonstrate your support to include social and economic requirements as a social ‘added’ value to this contract.
