Our Specification covers all general redecoration works\. Where our specification document does not cover any particular works, the Contractor should refer to the LHC Whole House Specification document \(issued separately\) for precise specification details\. All specifications to be read with Preliminaries/General conditions \(issued separately\)\. This Contract was procured via SWPA LHC Whole House \(WH2-WS2\) Framework\. 2 Year initial Contract with up to 2 period of 12 month extensions\.
