NOTE: This notice was updated on 22 June 2017 for the following reason: Period of work end date amended to 6/8/19\.The London Legacy Development Corporation \(LLDC\) is seeking to appoint an organisation to manage the LLDC's owned and occupied assets and locations that are not under development, ensuring legal obligations are fulfilled, commercial opportunities maximised and sites are available and prepared for development at the appropriate time\. Services required include acting as the LLDC's managing agents, estate management, maintaining a property asset database, and consultancy services as required such as valuation, agency and rent reviews\.
