Development of ONR Guidance for EIADR

ONR is seeking to engage one of the Technical Support Contractors (TSC) appointed on Lot 2 of its Technical Support Framework. The TSC is required to undertake a review of the EIADR Review Tools Improvement; Review Questions , Technical Guidance Notes and other relevant national/international good practice and standards, with a view to producing a draft Technical Assessment Guide for the assessment of submissions (i.e. Environmental Statements and requests for determinations under Regulation 13) made by duty holders under the EIADR. The draft TAG should align with the current ONR HOW2/WIRED processes for EIADR and other relevant TAGs such as those relating to carrying out assessments and report production.
