This contract is for a Plastering, General Carpentry and Building works contractor to deliver installation, replacement, and maintenance as a reactive service\. This contract is to maintain our properties throughout the borough\. The works we are expecting to carry out are: • Small, Medium and Large Plastering Repairs • Internal and external rendering\. • Any other associated general building works to allow plastering/ rendering work to be completed\. • Drying out of buildings where instructed\.\( To allow plastering work to be completed\)
