## Description

The Council is seeking to appoint a consultancy with Landscape Architecture expertise and demonstrable experience and knowledge of design, upgrade and maintenance of municipal parks to produce a Development Plan and Outline Designs for Penrith Castle Park\. The costed and phased development plan and scheme designs will be used to support and inform a Borderlands Place Programme Business Plan for the Penrith Castle Park Restoration and Improvement Project, a National Lottery Heritage Fund application, and other funding bids and investment\.
