TfGM DRT Solution - Awarded under G-Cloud 14

Description

The contract procured under G-Cloud 14 is for a supplier to provide a cloud based software solution to modernise and integrate our journey planning and scheduling tools together (titled Local Link and Ring and Ride respectively) into one solution. TfGM are looking for an experienced and innovative provider that can provide a solution which allows TfGM to deliver a service to its 7,000+ customers across 56 vehicle fleet and which is used by our DRT operators, contact centre team and planners to deliver a cost-efficient, customer friendly, accessible DRT service. The contract shall be for three years with the option to extend for a further year in line with the G-cloud 14 requirements. Additional information: The contract value noted is should the contract go the full term, so 4 years.
