For the printing and fulfilling of its annual council tax and business rate billing. Further competition was ran via CCS Framework RM6280. This is a 2 year contract with the option to extend for a further 2 x 2 year period (2+2+2) The value in this notice is based on the lowest value for the first year, the value will fluctuant dependent on how many inserts accompany each bill.
