Description
This Requirements Document relates to a contract for research and analysis and production of software and reports. TfN intends to award a single contract for a supplier for a period between November 2020 and March 2021 (or until each of the services has been carried out to the satisfaction of TfN). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
