Home First Rostering and Monitoring System (Domiciliary Care)

North Lincolnshire Council provide a HomeFirst Community service, that delivers time limited, short term, rehabilitation and reablement support to adults aged 18 years and over. The service is delivered across North Lincolnshire to enable them to continue to live independently and lead a fulfilling life in their own home, or place of their choice. The I.T. Rostering and Monitoring System the council is currently using to support the delivery of HomeFirst, is no longer being developed by the supplier. The Council is therefore, seeking to procure an 'off the shelf' replacement system to meets its needs.
