Description
The Works comprise: As we move towards our new brand all our old branded signage on the outside, inside and near our homes needs to be replaced or removed. We have well over 1,000 blocks of different shapes and sizes across the West Midlands from tower blocks to sheltered blocks and smaller buildings. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring site surveys are carried out and the manufacturing and installation of the signage including the correct disposing of existing signage. Please note that means of access i.e. ladders, or alternative height access will be required for signage that cannot be reached on ground floor level. Please note the outline pricing provided are subject to change. There may be a requirement for the installation of fire safety signs. (Contract Administrator will notify this if needed) All fire related signage should comply with the Health and Safety (Safety Signs and Signals) Regulations 1996. From the surveys carried out by the housing teams, some patches were done very well, others not so well. Citizen have asked FASTSIGNS to carry out a block survey and install signs to Pioneer House. They have produced the visuals including signage details (Please see 'Citizen Housing Pioneer House Specification'). These are the final designs and will be used group wide. Please price for the following specification as per visuals and details. If you wish to express an interest in this project please ensure you are registered and logged into our Portal.
