Turnkey Pilot Programme with Local Partnerships

Description

Purchase of feasibility resources from Local Partnerships who will look at BCP land assets & others than may be identified through the process to assess their potential for housing development within BCP area and will review the viability of such sites to see if they are feasible to go forward for planning permission. They will work in conjunction with the BCP Housing Delivery team. BCP Council will be able to cap payments to Local Partnerships if they are terminated at certain stages to avoid costs arising from sites that are not feasible.
