## Description

The Community Resilience and Wellbeing Recovery Service will build on the existing housing-related support services and provide enhanced, short term \(less than 2 years\), outcome focused, floating support services to vulnerable adults aged over 16\. It will build resilience and social capital, improve health, ensure stability of accommodation, and support meaningful and economic activity\.
