CDM Support Services for low and medium size projects

Description

Hillingdon seeks to engage the services of a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to carry out the role of Principal Designer under the Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM) 2015 on small and medium size projects. A three year contract term is proposed with the option, subject to satisfactory performance, of a one year extension. Hillingdon does not commit to requiring any volume or value of such services being required during the contract term. Additional information: The tenders for these services are being sought through the Council's e-tendering portal, www.capitalesourcing.com. The tender documentation is only available for download from the portal. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of 80% Price and 20% Quality as set out in the Council's tender documentation.
