## Description

This research is intended to build on the existing research and evidence already available, to understand not only the triggers and barriers to using an online service, but to understand what HMRC can do to achieve greater take-up for a digital tax credits service and to reduce customer’s reliance on our telephone and paper channels\. Additional information: This contract was let as a result of a mini competition within the DWP Social and Economic Research Framework 2013\.
