Work description
Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH hereafter) requires a software solution to facilitate and assist the management of the following internal processes and their associated sub processes: • Incident Management • Risk Management • Patient & Public Feedback (4Cs) Management • Patient & Public Liaison (PALS) Management • Claims Management • Safety Alert Management • Standards and Compliance Management • For a period of 3+1+1 years
