Invitation to Tender for Cleaning Services for Trowbridge Town Council.

Description

The requirement to undertake cleaning services to the Trowbridge Town Councils buildings/assets. The Trowbridge Civic Centre is mixed use by means of offices for the town council and tenants along with a venue which caters for events ranging from 10-1000 people attending and operating over 7 days per week. Trowbridge Museum is open to the public 5 days per week, Tuesday - Saturday with an average daily footfall of 100 per day which is expected to increase once the museum is redeveloped in 2019-2020. The Longfield Community Centre can operate over 7 days per week depending on demand and features a hall, small conference room, kitchen and three washrooms. Town Centre street furniture mainly includes the need to keep up to 15 bus shelters clean and maintained. Additional information: Tendering period 28th February 2018 - 16th March 2018 Sits Visits permitted by appointment only available on the following dates: Monday 5th, Tuesday 6th, Wednesday 7th, Tuesday 13th, Wednesday 14th and Thursday 15th March. For consistency, all meetings will be with Facilities Manager, Karl Buckingham only.
