## Description

This tender is split into 2 lots: Lot 1: Grounds maintenance: Grass cutting, tree maintenance, maintenance of shrub beds and hard surfaces and assisted garden schemes including the removal of litter and fly tipping to designated sites/ areas managed by Blackpool Coastal Housing\. Lot 2: Cleaning Services for Community Centres, Hostels and 3-storey blocks Cleaning of Community Centres and Hostel communal areas and vacated rooms by dedicated staff working fixed hours, including providing out of hours and weekend cover when required\. Staff will be required to undergo DBS checks\. Additional information: In order to participate in this tender you will need to register on our tendering portal - The Chest\. These services will be supplied to various BCH managed properties, community centres and 3-storey blocks around Blackpool\.
