Consultancy Support for FDIS UK TESC Transition

UK TESC (Training Estate Support Contract) Transition management consultancy support is required to support the DIO to deliver a successful UK TESC Transition and to scope the wider business change impact through demobilisation and mobilisation of contracts, in order to fully realise the FDIS benefits and ensure a coherent and managed transition.
