GB-London: Operation & Management of a Mass Participation Swimming Event, Hyde Park

The Royal Parks (TRP) is inviting proposals to operate a mass participation swimming event in Hyde Park during a three period from 2019 to 2021 with the possibility of a one year extension. We expect to contract and work with one professional event organiser to plan, promote and produce the event annually, in return for a hire fee paid to TRP.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
