NKDC - Kitchens and Bathrooms Refurbishments

This requirement is for the refurbishment of kitchens and/or bathrooms of properties within the Council's housing stock. The Contractor will inspect each property, producing a detailed and evidenced report of all required Works along with associated pricing, and submit to the Council for authorisation. The Contractor will adhere to the standards defined within this specification, or offer products and services of an equivalent quality
